Business Coordinator in Tampa, FL. 

Scope of Job:

Represent company with the highest professionalism in appearance, conversation, written communication, and actions. Keep up to date on latest industry wide technology. In-charge with the following tasks: business development and account management, medical device inventory management, analysis and fulfillment, some accounting and administration support, customer service, support, and retention, and ensure the workflow runs smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the company liaison with vendors, suppliers, customers, and other business counterparts to ensure that everyone is informed and works together.
  • Help or collaborate with HR, IT, sales, marketing, accounting and other areas.
  • Prepare and send bills, invoices, make deposits, file HR records, and handle some accounting such as bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
  • May assist top executive with negotiating contracts, working with vendors and suppliers.
  • Collect paperwork needed by the top executive to make decisions, and provide forms and information, as needed.
  • Interface professionally with customers, vendors, suppliers, and employees both inside of and outside of the organization.
  • Assist with complex scheduling and meeting planning, coordinating company events, managing projects, as needed.
  • Coordinate Trade Shows, marketing, advertising, sales, and social media projects.
  • Prepare analysis of revenues and costs Report from attended tradeshows, sales, marketing, promotions, and other projects for submission to Management.
  • Provide assistance, answering questions, and facilitating operations to assist in the business running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related degree.
  • 1 month experience in the medical or dental fields, and management assistance.

  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Well versed in Quickbooks, Salesforce and computer savvy.
